National Infertility Awareness Week, which runs from April 22 to 28, is all about increasing awareness of infertility and issues related to infertility.
This article is particularly related to mental health linked with infertility:
It is so important to mind your mental health during all times in your life and also though the challenging times that exist if you happen to be struggling with infertility.
There are lots of support networks available through acupuncture, exercise, relaxation techniques, psychotherapy, volunteering, meditation, buying or owning a pet, improving your diet, spending time with good compassionate and caring friends, watching a movie that makes you laugh and getting a the right amount of sleep all help with mental health and stress. Also know that you are not alone that there are lots of people out there that are struggling and perhaps meeting or talking with like minded people will help too.
